How does Lootbox Rewards work?
You can earn rewards by scanning receipts from everyday purchases, completing offers, and playing fun mini-games. Each activity gives you entries or points, which can be redeemed for gift cards or used to unlock even bigger prizes.
How to I earn gift cards?
Once you’ve earned enough points and redeemed a reward, most digital gift cards are delivered within 24–48 hours. Some prizes may take longer depending on availability, but we’ll always keep you updated via email or in-app notifications.

When will I receive my reward?
Gift card rewards are typically sent within 7 days, though it may vary based on your country or the reward type. Be sure to check your email (including spam folders) for redemption instructions.

Why can’t I cash out yet?
There’s a $10 minimum required to redeem. You’ll also need to verify your email address before your reward can be processed.

Why do I need to provide my email address?
Your email is used to send you gift cards and reward confirmations. We never share your email without consent. Make sure it's valid so you don’t miss out!
I didn’t receive my verification email — what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folders. If you still don’t see anything after a few minutes, try resending the email from within the app or contact us at hello@lootboxrewards.com.
Can I use multiple accounts?
No. Multiple accounts or attempts to abuse the reward system may result in disqualification or a ban. Keep it fair and fun for everyone!
